I offer coaching, counselling and group work support to women who may feel that life gets too much at times. Together we explore ways of reconnecting with our true selves through 1-1 coaching, counselling or tailor made workshops and retreats with like minded women. 1-1 Coaching & Counselling

Coaching is a dynamic way of exploring what it is you really want from life and then finding ways to make it happen. Breaking down and exploring any  limiting beliefs that may be blocking your success, propels your forwards  with confidence and a new found inspiration for life.

Sometimes people want to go a little deeper before embarking on coaching and so together we explore this through initial therapeutic counselling. This supports the process beautifully and leads to a stronger self connection and, if appropriate, successful coaching to follow.

Workshops 

When women come together in a group, powerful things happen. Over and over again I have seen how much we can learn from each other, let down our masks and become our authentic selves. 

My tailor made workshops offer support with mental health, mindfulness, keeping healthy boundaries and much more. Holding a space of complete non-judgement enables women to find their voice, their self-worth and ultimately peace.

Retreats

Taking time out from all of the noise and pressures of our daily lives is so important to our mental health. My retreats offer just that.

Time for talking through some of the challenges we all face as women; time to meditate and journal; time to be in nature; time for you.

These very special times equip you with tools to take back into your every day life, feeling calm yet energised and inspired to continue the self-care you have allowed yourself over the course of the retreat. It's truly good for the soul.
